No. You can walk in and register at reception. Booking ahead simply means a shorter wait when you arrive.
Bring any identification you have, your NIDA number if you know it, and any medicine you are already taking so we can see the full picture.
Yes. Blood tests, urine analysis and other diagnostic support are done on site, and the results are explained to you directly.
We stabilise you first, then arrange a referral to a larger facility and send your records ahead so the next team already knows your history.
